GlobalWell is built privacy-first. We collect the minimum data required to deliver the service. We never sell your data. You can export or delete your account at any time.

Data we collect

Account (name, email), your wellbeing logs, conversations with the AI Coach, booking history, and technical logs required to operate the service.

How we use it

To power the app, personalize your coach, keep your account secure, and comply with law. We do not use your personal wellbeing data to train third-party AI models.

Security

Row-level security in the database, encryption in transit, and encryption at rest.

Children

GlobalWell is not for children under 16.
